BELLS BEACH LOOKOUT

Maximum overnight guests: 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults) There are three beds in the house (one king and two queens) and no pull-out sofas.

Minimum age to rent: 24 years

Bells Beach Lookout is not set up for children. Due to safety concerns with stairs, the hot tub without a lock on the lid, children younger than 13 are not allowed.  Some exceptions are made for families with babes in arms.  Please note the bathrooms only have showers and no bath tubs.

Pet Friendly! Up to two dogs of any size. Not allowed on the furniture or the beds.  Please don't leave your dog unattended if your dog is anxious or will bark while you are away from the house.  There is a $75 pet fee for one or two dogs. 

No events or parties are allowed.

No smoking or vaping is allowed.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

You and your party agree to use caution and care in the hot tub at all times. You and your party use the hot tub at your own risk.  Please shower before use, and run a clean cycle after each soak. If draining the hot tub is required after your stay, due to misuse, a fee of $150 will be charged. 

Out of respect for our neighbors and the serenity of this location, no outdoor noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Please take care of the gas BBQ.  If deep cleaning is required for the BBQ after your stay, you may be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.
